If you have one and still hand washing stop it can go in the machine with all your other gear also can go into a drier regardless of what the label says

Do I need amour Review by Body amour

Q: Do I need extra body amour with it ?

A: This model is designed to be used under a tactical vest, with mesh body construction which reinforced arms and elbows.
If you would like a chest and back protection and don't use a tactical vest, I would recommend you to get a body armour. If you use a tactical vest, you won't need a body armour. (Posted on 08/09/2011)
