1 no fog ups at all. only used two times.

2 great protection round the sides of my head. got lit up from close range at the side and did a great job but i did get it in the neck(not the mask fault)

3 lense comes out realy easy. you got to be brain dead not to work it out.

4 gave me a headache. pinching across my forehead all day. i got a head like a bowling ball.

5 restricts breathing some what. i am fit. train 6 days aweek but i felt i couldnt breath easy.

6 carnt hear very well in it.

summary = great mask for the price and gives good protection. comfy if your head aint massive.


A: For the "breathing issue", I would recommend the E-vents which offer a improve aeration for better breathing. (Posted on 10/07/2011)

A: It's a personal choice, the vents avatar is cheaper but the foam doesn't last as long and colours are different. (Posted on 06/07/2011)

Q. what is the difference between the Invert avatar and the avatar 09, and also can you change the strap on these goggles?

A: The Invert avatar and avatar 09 are the same mask.
You might mean Vents Avatar and Invert Avatar 09; the different is the foam which last longer on the Invert, and the colours.

Q: is this mask safe for airsoft?

A: Yes they are. But please note you will have to check the lens after every day of use as airsoft balls will do little dents, you will have to replace the lens a bit more often than paintball players. (Posted on 13/05/2011)
