- very bad fogging Review by ross
-
Q: hi i bought this mask last week and used it t the weekend and am very dissapointed with the fogging and foam of the mask the mask itsself did save a few shots but the foam around the lense of the mask if realy uncomfortable and makes you swet alot due to the material and the lense is incredably bad for fogging i need some help with fixing this any advise please : (
A: I am assuming that you have a single lense and these can steam up especially if used for a prolonged time but the masks are very good and there is plenty you can do to stop the fogging.
1. Fit a thermal lense - these are like double glazing and can be added easilly - as they have 2 layers they very rarely steam up.
2. Try some antifog spray - the best I have ever used is the Hangar 18 antifog.
3. Clean the lense with a microfibre cloth.
4. work on your breathing try and learn to breath downwards so your warm breath doesn't go up into your mask.
I hope this helps! (Posted on 31/08/2009) - TOURNAMENT Review by LUKE

Q: Would this headshield be allowed for tournaments?
A: I have never seen any rules banning Headshield goggles in a tournament. (Posted on 14/08/2009) - q. visor Review by Robert

Q: what visor does that use and do you sell visor skinz for it?
A: Its the extreme rage one - you can probably use a scott or Jt elite one but might need to trim the edges a little bit. (Posted on 04/07/2009)
